  • 1.准备原料;
  • 2.将苦瓜洗净,对半切开去籽;
  • 3.将苦瓜斜刀切片;
  • 4.煮锅内水开后放入2克食盐,放入苦瓜片焯烫后,捞出过凉水浸泡15分钟;
  • 5.切好姜丝备用;
  • 6.料理盆中放入苦瓜片、姜丝;
  • 7.再放入3克食盐,15克白糖(糖的量依个人口味放入),调拌均匀后入冰箱冷藏室内腌制30分钟,食用时从冰箱取出,清爽可口。
