  • 枸杞1小把
  • 红枣10颗

Steps to make 草莓红枣银耳羹

  • 1.准备好食材,这个季节的新鲜草莓又贵又不好吃,之前买了糖渍草莓干做牛轧糖,正好用上了。
  • 2.银耳要提前1小时泡开,品质好的银耳里面不会有沙石,但是还是要泡开撕小块认真清洗,才会吃得放心哦。
  • 3.红枣去核切成片,可以直接购买红枣片或者整颗煮。
  • 4.浸泡好的银耳撕成小片清洗挤干2-3次。
  • 5.清洗好的银耳挤干水分放进干净的锅内。
  • 6.把其余食材全部放入。
  • 7.注入适量的纯净水,隔水蒸的和明火熬煮的水量略有不同,要想喝口感粘稠的,隔水蒸大约是食材和水的比例是1:3为佳,明火的则要1:4,因为煮的时候会蒸发水分。
  • 8.放入蒸烤箱里启动110度纯蒸50分钟,我用的是长帝蒸烤箱,其他的请参考。
  • 9.成品。
