Steps to make Spicy stir fried beef tenderloin
- 1. Wash the beef and soak it in bleeding water, then shred it.
- 2. Add a small amount of water, shredded ginger, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, cooking wine, starch, and baking soda, stir well, then add cooking oil and stir well again. Marinate in the refrigerator for more than 30 minutes.
