咖喱控的过瘾新吃法----咖喱鸡饺子火锅
“咖喱”一词来源于泰米尔语,是“许多的香料加在一起煮”的意思。多种香料汇集而成的咖喱有着特殊的香气,做鸡肉牛肉时我总喜欢放一点,辛辣、刺激特别开胃,我家的调料品中咖喱是常备,说我是咖喱控一点也不过分,经常是冰箱里的还吃完新咖喱就又买回来了,用它做炒饭,盖饭或是炖肉轻轻松松就让家人食欲大增,饭菜扫光光。

吃了很多种做法的咖喱,尝试火锅的吃法还是第一次,对于爱咖喱的人来讲,这一大锅香浓入味的咖喱炖鸡再配上沾满咖喱酱汁的饺子,满足哈。

  • 咖喱四小块
  • 椰浆50ML
  • 淡奶油1勺
  • 香叶1片
  • 八角半个
  • 白糖1小勺

Steps to make 咖喱控的过瘾新吃法----咖喱鸡饺子火锅

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.鸡肉洗净去掉尾部和肥油后剁成小块。
  • 3.番茄切块,胡萝卜洋葱山药切成大小相同的滚刀块
  • 4.鸡肉放入凉水锅中,大火煮开后撇去血沫捞出后洗净沥干。
  • 5.锅中倒入油,先放入洋葱炒香之后将鸡肉放入翻炒。
  • 6.待鸡肉炒至变色后倒入淹过鸡肉的开水加入八角和香叶。
  • 7.煮开后,将火调成中小火后放入咖喱块和一小勺白糖。
  • 8.维持中小火煮20分钟左右后加入椰浆。
  • 9.加入番茄块胡萝卜洋葱山药再炖10分钟左右。
  • 10.10. 调入一勺淡奶油,加适量盐搅拌均匀盛出摆在煮熟的饺子锅中一起上桌就可以开吃了。
