周末女儿回家,吃顿火锅庆祝孩子开始集体生活,对孩子来说也是一个了不起的跨越,从此将开始全新的初中生活,离家住校,将会有许多新感受。第一个周末,从接到孩子起有说不完的话,开心得像只快乐的小鸟,感觉还真是不错呀!
晚上吃火锅,这也是今天秋天的第一顿火锅,准备了女儿爱吃的各种食物,饱餐一顿也是一种放松。自从用了臻米升降火锅,家里吃火锅的次数也增加了不少,准备简单操作方便,花钱不多吃得舒服,当然乐意呀。

    Steps to make 骨汤火锅

    • 1.因为老头不吃辣椒,我跟女儿又特别爱吃辣椒,蟹姐特意准备了两个臻米升降电火锅,每次吃火锅都是两锅,一个菌汤一个红汤,各取所需,保证让大家吃得都很舒服。今天的火锅准备了一桌子菜,一起来看看吧,每个人心中都有几道火锅必吃菜品,我家偏爱肉食,您最喜欢哪些菜呢?
    • 2.一共准备了8道菜,有鸡胸肉,肥牛,花甲,莲藕、土豆、生菜、丸子、豆腐,最后全都吃光了,简单好吃不浪费,非常好。准备火锅菜品,大都不需要特别处理,肥牛和各种丸子直接买来就能用,花甲只要经过吐沙处理,也是直接上桌,莲藕、土豆、豆腐、生菜,都是清洗改刀就可以上桌。这些菜里,只鸡胸肉需要特别处理,具体做法我附在后面。
    • 3.在家吃火锅,有四个方面需要注意,一是选择餐具“火锅”,爱吃火锅的朋友都知道,早期电磁炉配平底锅,所有人的筷子都在一个锅里捞食物,热闹是真的热闹,但食物容易糊底、丸子不好捞出、卫生也不能保证。一人一锅的小火锅倒是非常好,但在家吃也不现实呀。自从发现了臻米的升降火锅,感觉真是好呀,一键升起菜篮子,想吃啥吃啥真是特别方便;煮个海鲜也极其方便,一键即可升起菜篮,不用担心煮老了;火候容易控制,三档火力随意转
