今天买了虾,所以随手来个烤虾,这样的做法是为了腌制更入味,但是料不要加太多哦!因为做菜的忌讳就是不能让调料的味道覆盖主料本身的鲜美,不然你吃到的就是一嘴的调料味!

  • 胡椒粉0.4g
  • 玉米油5ml(刷虾表面)
  • 2g
  • 椒盐1g
  • 葱花8g

  • 1.首先准备8只虾,清洗干净后,剥皮去头留虾尾
  • 2.从虾背用刀划开,用牙签挑出虾线,用刀从虾背到肚子划透,留有一个小长口就可以
  • 3.把虾尾从虾背剪开的口子处穿过肚子
  • 4.肚子朝上翻过来,尾巴向上,就可以稳稳的趴在那了
  • 5.一盘都处理完了,备用
  • 6.小葱切小段
  • 7.取一碗打入一个鸡蛋清
  • 8.葱段放在蛋清里,加入适量的盐,胡椒粉,搅拌均匀
  • 9.把每一个虾放入蛋清里裹一层蛋清,然后放入盘中腌制20分钟以上
  • 10.腌制二十分钟以后,烤盘里放一层锡纸,把虾摆放在锡纸上,虾表面刷一层玉米油
  • 11.烤箱180度预热5分钟,放入虾后转210度烤3分钟后再转190度烤3分钟,取出后撒入适量椒盐再烤2分钟就可以了
