  • 清水38g
  • 低筋面粉100g
  • 猪油40g

Steps to make 绿豆酥

  • 1.水油皮所有食材放一盘中,油酥所有材料放另一盘中。
  • 2.分别和成面团盖保鲜膜放置30分钟。
  • 3.绿豆沙馅分成等份。
  • 4.水油皮、油酥各分成10个面团。
  • 5.一份水油皮包住一个油酥。
  • 6.擀成牛舌状。
  • 7.从一侧卷起,盖上保鲜膜放30分钟。
  • 8.全部卷好。
  • 9.用掌心按扁。
  • 10.擀成面皮包住豆沙。
  • 11.收口朝下压扁,烤箱180℃烤25分钟。
  • 12.模具蘸上食用色素压上花。
  • 13.成品。
