香菇油菜

    Steps to make 香菇油菜

    • 1.油菜、香菇清洗干净。
    • 2.香菇去缔后切花刀,油菜选取几颗切下根部。
    • 3.先来调一碗调料汁。小碗中放入少量凉开水,加入盐、蚝油、生抽、白糖、淀粉搅拌均匀备用。
    • 4.锅内烧热水,将香菇先焯水,需要多焯一会至香菇熟透。
    • 5.另起锅烧热加入植物油,加入蒜沫爆香。
    • 6.加入油菜根炒至稍软。
    • 7.加入油菜翻炒。
    • 8.待油菜变软后加入香菇翻炒几下。
    • 9.加入事先调好的调料汁翻炒均匀即可。
    • 10.摆盘开始享用吧。
