  • 1.备齐材料

  • 3.启动两个和面程序,然后再启动发面程序发酵面团
  • 4.发酵好的面团取出排气揉匀
  • 5.均匀分成小剂子,盖上保鲜膜饧15分钟
  • 6.取一面团包馅,压成脚丫状,将其中的一个面剂子分成若干份,团城小圆球,粘在脚丫上
  • 7.置入烤盘
  • 8.入烤箱二次发酵,45度40分钟
  • 9.发酵好的面团取出刷上蛋液
  • 10.烤箱预热160度,置中层上下火烤20分钟
  • 11.金黄色胖胖的大脚丫出炉。
