I often use eggs with different vegetables to make breakfast dishes. Today, I used eggs with broccoli to make Yuzi Shao. The golden color of eggs and the emerald green of broccoli complement each other, making eggs and vegetables healthy and nutritious.

Steps to make Broccoli and Yuzi Braised
- 1. Put three eggs into a bowl.
- 2. Add a little cooking wine, salt, and chopped broccoli.
- 3. Stir it evenly.
- 4. Add a small amount of cooking oil to the pot (it is a non stick pot with less oil), pour the egg mixture into the pot, and fry slowly over low heat.
- 5. Burn 1/3 of the jade and stack it, then pour in the egg mixture again to continue frying.
- 6. Continue folding 1/3 and pour in egg mixture over low heat to fry slowly.
- 7. Folding and frying completed.
- 8. Fry until golden brown, then remove from the pot.
- 9. Cut the jade into pieces and put them on a plate, sweeping away every dish.
