泡面虾皮蛋羹

  • 1.准备好材料,泡面1包,鸡蛋2个,虾皮1小把。
  • 2.取一锅,倒入适量水煮开,把泡面放入煮开。
  • 3.泡面煮开后捞出,沥干水分后放入碗中。
  • 4.2个鸡蛋打入碗中,加入少许盐和料酒后打散,再加入等量的温水,搅匀。

  • 6.蒸锅中倒入适量水,煮开后把泡面蛋羹放入锅中,转中火,大约8分钟左右即可熄火。
  • 7.熄火前在蛋羹上面撒上香葱碎就可以吃了。
