这款面包基础面团是牛奶面包的面团,不同的是加入了蔓越莓干,这样做出来的面包能咬到酸酸甜甜的蔓越莓,口感更丰富了

  • 酵母粉3g
  • 蔓越莓干80g

Steps to make 蔓越莓面包

  • 1.主料中所有食材除黄油外全部放入面包桶里
  • 2.和面10分钟后放入软化的黄油
  • 3.面团揉至扩展阶段
  • 4.可以拉出薄而有韧性的膜
  • 5.保湿发酵至2倍大小
  • 6.发好的面团排气,分成3个面剂,盖上保鲜膜饧10分钟
  • 7.饧好的面团压扁,包入蔓越莓
  • 8.擀成圆片,一边按图示方法叠一下,这样成型好看
  • 9.卷起来整形成长条
  • 10.放入烤盘,表面撒高筋粉
  • 11.割包
  • 12.放入烤箱保湿发酵至2倍大小
  • 13.烤箱180度,烤20分钟
  • 14.烤好的面包,随便怎么吃啦
