火腿沙拉芝士面包

  • 普通面粉100克

  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 牛奶100克
  • 酵母粉6克
  • 温水大概100克
  • 黄油30克
  • 蛋黄酱适量,或沙拉酱

Steps to make 火腿沙拉芝士面包

  • 1.准备好所有需要的材料,用ACA小称称出精确重量....
  • 2.把面包需要的除了黄油以外的所有材料放入面包机中,启动揉面程序30,一边揉一边加入温水,直至揉成面团,
  • 3.30分钟后加入黄油,再次执行揉面程序30分钟,并在面包桶内进行一次发酵.发酵时间约一小时.
  • 4.待面团发酵至2~3倍大就可以了
  • 5.启动面包机揉面程序五分钟排队面团空气...然后取出分成平均的十份.约75克一个.
  • 6.擀成成牛舌状,放上半根火腿肠挤上少许沙拉酱..(其实里面包什么馅,并没有太大的规矩,你自己喜欢什么就放什么.)
  • 7.然后卷起来,把接口处和两头捏紧...
  • 8.放入烤盘中,进行二次发酵...
  • 9.发酵好后, 这时我们可以预热烤箱,给面团刷上蛋液,撒上芝士碎,挤上蛋黄酱或者沙拉酱,番茄酱撒上葱花..(由于个较大,我分成了好几盘来烤的....)
  • 10.放入提前预热的ACA烤箱上火150,下火130.15~20分钟左右即可....
