薯泥火腿焗青椒----炎炎夏日吃辣养生
“冬吃萝卜夏吃姜,不用医生开药方”。说的是顺应时令来养生。夏日炎热,人人喜欢冰激凌,冷饮,冰啤,冰沙,冰镇西瓜等寒凉食品,夜间又容易贪凉,不盖被子,容易产生暑湿,影响脾胃。这个时候多吃生姜和辣椒等驱寒食品,可以散寒祛暑,提升胃口。

    青椒塞肉大家都会做。来点儿不一样的吃起来才更有意思。某天买菜看到绿油油的青辣椒实在忍不住就买了一大堆。不过买完了突然发现买的是辣椒,不是甜椒。某个人不能吃辣的,咋办呢?

     思考良久,决定用土豆泥中和辣味儿,用火腿碎来提香味儿。本来想直接将火腿薯泥灌进去,然后煎成虎皮青椒的。又一想这样就落入俗套了。不如将青椒一切为二,将薯泥煎成金黄金黄的疙渣,青椒煎出虎皮,这样薯泥香酥,青椒脆嫩,不失为一个好办法。

     两口难调。菠菜侠的不辣,我的带点儿辣味儿。不辣的做法是煎青椒的时候盖上盖子,小火煎到辣椒柔软。我还是喜欢青椒脆脆的口感,只要稍微放凉,就没那么辣了。何况辣椒素可以刺激胃肠蠕动,防止便秘呢。青椒含有丰富的维生素,以免惹上麻烦的口腔溃疡。

  • 1.土豆切成小块儿。
  • 2.将土豆放到锅里煮熟,煮到烂软,可以按成泥的状态。
  • 3.青椒洗净,去蒂和辣椒籽。
  • 4.火腿切成小碎末。
  • 5.煮熟的土豆用勺子按成土豆泥。
  • 6.将土豆泥和火腿碎加入适量的盐拌匀。
  • 7.用筷子和勺子将火腿薯泥灌入青椒中。
  • 8.将灌好火腿薯泥的青椒从中间切开,成为两个。
  • 9.锅中刷上少许油,先煎没有薯泥的那一面,煎成虎皮青椒的样子后再翻面煎薯泥的这一面,煎到金黄即可。
  • 10.煎好的青椒薯泥,香脆软糯都有啦。
