南瓜的营养价值不用说,小孩老人都适合。清清的南瓜香和南瓜造型巧妙的配在一起,又健康又可爱的一款饼干。其实在搅拌饼干糊后,以为烤出的饼干是很软的那种,因为以前做过一种软曲奇也是加入南瓜泥的,但当饼干放凉后,饼干并没有想象中的那样软,也没有一般饼干的脆,硬度很适中,稍偏软,很容易入口。

  • 玉米淀粉40克
  • 南瓜泥60克
  • 无盐黄油60克
  • 2克
  • 糖粉45克
  • 南瓜籽少许

Steps to make 小南瓜饼干

  • 1.南瓜去皮切块蒸熟。
  • 2.黄油切成小块,室温下软化。
  • 3.加入糖粉打发至淡黄色,体积变大。
  • 4.将南瓜用搅拌机打成南瓜泥,加入搅拌均匀。
  • 5.面粉、玉米淀粉、盐混合筛入盆拌匀。
  • 6.揉成表面光泽的面团。
  • 7.将面团分成所需要的份数,揉搓成小球。
  • 8.取一小份面团稍稍压扁, 用牙签轻划出六等分。
  • 9.再压深纹路,塑造出南瓜的造型。
  • 10.顶部放一粒南瓜籽做装饰。
  • 11.烤箱150预热,加入烤箱烤15-20分钟即可。(以自家烤箱为准)
