  • 奶粉25克
  • 糖粉35克
  • 泡打粉1克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 蜂蜜一小勺
  • 黄油40克

Steps to make 蜂蜜蛋奶小馒头

  • 1.准备好所有的材料.用ACA小称称出需要的重量...
  • 2.将所有粉类混合.过筛备用....
  • 3.黄油用微波炉叮化或隔水融化备用....
  • 4.鸡蛋加入一小勺蜂蜜打散....(蜂蜜少加些哦,不然面团会很粘)
  • 5.将打散的蛋液倒入面粉碗中.
  • 6.再将融化的黄油倒入...
  • 7.拌均匀后,用手揉成光滑的面团.....
  • 8.取一小块面团...搓成手差不多手指粗左右的均匀长条.....用刮刀分切成小剂子...
  • 9.然后逐个的用手心搓成小圆球....整齐的码在烤盘中....要注意留一些距离哦...
  • 10.烤箱预热手,送入烤箱....上火150,,下火140,烤制八分钟左右.....
  • 11.烤箱中的小馒头.看一下吧.多么的美.....(在烤制完成后不要急着拿出烤箱,关火后让小馒头在烤箱里闷七八分钟...会更酥脆哦.
