自制草莓酱

Steps to make 自制草莓酱

  • 1.草莓摘去绿色的花托,用流动水冲洗一下。盆中加一小勺食盐和水搅匀,放入草莓浸泡5分钟
  • 2.洗好的草莓沥干(为了省时间我直接用厨房纸吸干表明的水分了),切去白色的果蒂部分,将果肉切小块
  • 3.所有草莓切小粒,放入容器中
  • 4.撒上白糖(可以依据个人喜好和草莓的甜酸度调整糖的用量)
  • 5.腌制20分钟,水分已经析出来了,
  • 6.小火加热,边煮边搅拌,煮至粘稠
  • 7.最后挤上柠檬汁,搅拌均匀,熄火晾凉,就可以装瓶,放入冰箱冷藏了
