Steps to make 糯米排骨

  • 1.糯米提前泡发一晚上。
  • 2.准备好排骨,清洗干净血水。
  • 3.加入一个鸡蛋和淀粉,抓匀。
  • 4.起锅烧油(油稍宽),油七成热时,下入排骨炸至金黄色。
  • 5.捞出沥干油。
  • 6.加入盐,生抽、老抽、鸡精、蚝油、胡椒粉、糖抓匀。
  • 7.糯米沥干水分,加入生抽、蚝油调味。
  • 8.拌好的糯米加入排骨中,拌匀。
  • 9.放入蒸笼中,放入电高压锅中,隔水蒸2个小时。
