Steps to make 清蒸刀鱼

  • 1.新鲜的刀鱼。
  • 2.用筷子从两边鱼鳃插入鱼肚中。
  • 3.双手握紧筷子,旋转几圈后,边转边拉,这样鱼鳃和内脏全部被拉出。
  • 4.清除内脏后,用水从鱼嘴清洗鱼肚中的血水,清洗好的刀鱼完整如初。
  • 5.加入葱段,姜片,猪油入蒸箱蒸6分钟左右。
  • 6.将盘中的汁水倒入锅中,勾芡调味淋在刀鱼上即可。
