Steps to make 香煎鲈鱼

  • 1.鲈鱼清洗干净,配料备用。
  • 2.葱姜分别切丝,鲈鱼从鱼肚开口处向内再切几刀,不要切破鱼身,使整条鱼能平整的趴下。
  • 3.把鱼放入盆中,撒入葱姜丝,倒入料酒、酱油、蚝油。
  • 4.加入适量盐。
  • 5.两面揉均匀,腌制30分钟。
  • 6.锅里倒入适量食用油。
  • 7.鱼去掉葱姜丝,放入锅里,中小火煎制。
  • 8.一面煎至金黄,撒上孜然粉、辣椒粉、熟芝麻,翻面再煎。
  • 9.两面均煎至金黄色。
  • 10.撒上孜然粉、辣椒粉、熟芝麻,出锅装盘,撒香葱红椒碎,点缀即可享用美味!
