  • 1.准备的食材如上。
  • 2.螃蟹清洗干净后,切成8小节。
  • 3.热锅放油烧热后,加入姜蒜炒香。
  • 4.把螃蟹依次摆在锅中。
  • 5.煎至肉质有点微黄如图所示,再翻炒一下。
  • 6.倒入适量禾然有机米香料酒。
  • 7.加入盐。
  • 8.再加入少许红糖翻炒均匀。
  • 9.接着再倒入适量的开水,把蟹盖放在上面,盖上锅盖烧3.4分钟。
  • 10.起锅前加入少许六月鲜8克轻盐原汁酱油略炒均匀。
  • 11.鲜嫩可口的螃蟹做好了。
  • 12.盛在盘中。
  • 13.在把蟹盖放上去,撒少许葱丝即可享用。
