Steps to make 白灼蛏子

  • 1.水里加盐,浸泡蛏子半天时间,吐出泥沙。
  • 2.水开下入蛏子,煮至蛏子张开后半分钟,关火。取出蛏子自然冷却。
  • 3.水里加盐,加少许油,水开下入秋葵焯水一分钟(秋葵老的话要多焯一会儿)。
  • 4.捞出投凉。
  • 5.秋葵去蒂,切薄厚一致的片。
  • 6.平铺铺满盘底。
  • 7.取出蛏子肉摆在秋葵上面,放葱丝和甜椒丝。
  • 8.淋入蒸鱼豉油。
  • 9.另起锅加入油适量,加热至冒烟,浇在葱丝上即可。
