虾肉肠粉
肠粉是我们家最爱吃的早餐了,平时用的肠粉专用粉调配好了,这次试试自己调的也还不错。

  • 澄粉50g
  • 玉米淀粉10g
  • 400g
  • 虾仁200g
  • 少量
  • 胡椒粉少量
  • 料酒少量

Steps to make 虾肉肠粉

  • 1.先来煮个酱料。起油锅放入蒜末爆香后倒入生抽、老抽、糖、水,最后加点鸡精,烧开即可。
  • 2.虾仁切小粒后加生姜、料酒、盐、胡椒粉拌匀腌制几分钟。鸡蛋打散在碗中,葱花也切好。
  • 3.粉皮材料混合搅拌均匀静置几分钟。
  • 4.平底盘刷油。
  • 5.锅里半锅水烧开,把平底盘放上蒸架,舀一大勺粉浆水,转动锅让粉浆铺满盘底。
  • 6.放两勺鸡蛋液,放上虾仁和葱花,盖上锅盖二分钟左右。
  • 7.起大气泡,表面鼓起就表示熟了。
  • 8.用刮板轻轻卷起。
  • 9.淋上酱汁就是鲜美五比的虾肉肠粉了。
