  • 1.土豆,胡萝卜洗干净去皮切块,腊肠切片。
  • 2.炒锅放油烧热,放入姜末,腊肠翻炒出油。
  • 3.放入土豆,胡萝卜翻炒至断生。
  • 4.倒入生抽,醋,盐搅拌均匀。
  • 5.蔬菜处理前就可以把电饭煲里加水,大米启动焖饭功能,把炒好的蔬菜倒入正在焖米饭的电饭煲里搅拌均匀。
  • 6.继续焖至电饭煲的程序结束即可。
