豉油皇鸭肠

Steps to make 豉油皇鸭肠

  • 1.韭黄洗净,切成段。
  • 2.鸭肠买回来放少许食盐,用手抓拌。用水在碗内抓洗,只是水清澈为止。
  • 3.先来调个料汁:蚝油一勺,生抽两勺,胡椒粉一勺,米酒一勺,芝麻油一勺,老抽一勺,少许白糖,在加少许淀粉与水拌匀。
  • 4.水烧开后,先把韭黄倒入烫熟捞出放盘。
  • 5.鸭肠也放在水里烫三秒钟捞出。千万不要煮的太久了。
  • 6.过烧热,放油,下入大蒜粒与姜炒香,加入红辣椒碎炒香。
  • 7.倒入鸭肠翻炒。
  • 8.在放入调好的酱汁翻炒出锅,把炒好的鸭肠直接摆在韭黄上面就可以了,美味简单到粤式家常菜就出锅了。
