海鲜芝士焗饭
鲜虾就是海鲜~哈哈~很清淡,当然也可以根据自己爱好啊往成品里加上一些辣酱也可以的,夏天嘛吃清淡点很好,喜欢只是的盆友可以吃吃看哦~

  • 鲜虾8只
  • 橄榄油1汤匙
  • 红椒半个
  • 洋葱4分之一个洋葱
  • 黑胡椒粉2小勺

Steps to make 海鲜芝士焗饭

  • 1.鲜虾去皮用料酒加少许盐腌制30分钟备用!
  • 2.红椒和洋葱切丁,香菇洗净切条~
  • 3.米饭加入橄榄油,盐味精,黑胡椒粉搅拌均匀。
  • 4.加入红椒和洋葱丁搅拌均匀后用平勺把饭压平整。
  • 5.再把虾仁和香菇条均匀的码在上面。
  • 6.最后均匀的撒一些可以拉丝的芝士进去。
  • 7.包上锡箔纸入烤箱上下火180度18分钟,下层。
