Steps to make 黑胡椒牛排

  • 1.美味多汁。
  • 2.食材准备好。
  • 3.牛肉快速洗净,沥干水分,用廚房紙把血水吸干净。
  • 4.用刀背将牛肉两面捶松,让牛肉更松软。
  • 5.在牛排两面撒上黑胡椒,最好用現磨黑胡椒碎,比較香,如果沒有用黑胡椒粉也可以,少许盐,涂抹均匀,然后淋上玉米油也可以抹匀。
  • 6.放入大蒜腌渍十分钟。
  • 7.不粘锅烧到冒烟,把牛排放进锅中,用锅铲压一压,确保牛肉均匀受热。
  • 8.每面煎1-2分钟(肉厚的可以煎久一点,但再厚的肉也不能超过 4分钟,否则牛肉太老咬不动),这样五成熟,外焦,里面还是粉红色,没有血水。
  • 9.把煎好的牛肉静至盘中,一会肉汁就会流出。
  • 10.利用煎牛扒的余油,放入洋葱末煎香,加入番茄末,牛排要趁熱吃味道才好,所以把番茄切得越碎,煮爛的時間越短,用攪拌機打碎更好煮烂淋入少许红酒,加露莎士黑胡椒酱,少量盐。把静至牛排流出的肉汁混入,酱汁就做好了。
  • 11.做好的酱汁淋在牛排上,用绰水的西兰花点缀就做好了。
