爆炒猪肝片
很多人不喜欢吃猪肝的,我以前也是不沾的,可是妈妈很喜欢,慢慢的被传染了,也喜欢上猪肝的味道了!现在我家的老公也是不吃猪肝的,不过爆炒的还吃一点点!虽说动物内脏不能吃多,可是一个月吃几次还是可以的,况且猪肝含铁和维生素A很高,是补血食品中最常用的食物。

Steps to make 爆炒猪肝片

  • 1.猪肝用水泡过后,切片,加入淀粉,生抽,少量的油腌制一下
  • 2.将配菜也切片备用
  • 3.锅里油烧热后,加入蒜瓣和姜丝爆香
  • 4.倒入猪肝片滑炒,炒到颜色变白了就马上盛起来!
  • 5.锅里留炒猪肝剩的油,加入胡萝卜片翻炒一下
  • 6.接着把青椒片也倒进去一起翻炒
  • 7.差不多炒熟了,再把刚才滑炒好的猪肝倒进去
  • 8.最后加入调料,盐,味精,就可以出锅了!
