    • 1.牛肉自然解冻,洗净切小丁备用。
    • 2.牛肉丁放入干净碗里,加入少许料酒,生粉,黑胡椒粒,一勺橄榄油,搅拌均匀腌制20分钟。
    • 3.韩式泡菜切小块。
    • 4.姜切丝,蒜切片,洋葱头切片,葱切段备用。
    • 5.锅热注油,倒入腌好的牛肉丁。
    • 6.划散炒开。
    • 7.至断生变色盛起。
    • 8.另起油锅,倒入姜丝,蒜瓣和洋葱头片一起煸炒出香味。
    • 9.倒入韩式泡菜翻炒2分钟左右。
    • 10.再倒入牛肉丁一起炒开。
    • 11.加入半勺韩式辣椒酱炒匀。
    • 12.最后加入小勺盐。
    • 13.加入蔬菜精调味。
    • 14.翻炒均匀即可。
