  • 洋葱半个

  • 鱼豆腐6块
  • 年糕条500克
  • 食用油1勺

  • 淀粉1勺
  • 酱油少许
  • 白糖半勺
  • 辣椒面半勺
  • 番茄酱2勺
  • 韩式辣椒酱2勺

Steps to make 韩式海鲜炒年糕

  • 1.准备好食材,有蔬菜、鱼豆腐、年糕条和韩式辣椒酱等。
  • 2.第一步先来处理蔬菜,全部清洗干净,把洋葱、包菜和胡萝卜,切丝;鱼豆腐,切片,备用;洋葱和包菜漏拍了。
  • 3.香菜切段,香葱和蒜头,切末,放一旁备用。
  • 4.第二步调碗酱汁:碗中加入半勺白糖、1勺淀粉、1勺香醋、2勺番茄酱、一点点酱油、小半碗清水和2勺韩式辣椒酱,搅拌均匀;口重的朋友,可以多放1勺辣椒酱,颜色也更会更好看。
  • 5.也可以和我一样再加半勺细的辣椒面丰富口感,这个辣椒面是不辣的那种,拌匀备用。
  • 6.第三步煮年糕,年糕条先煮后炒,比直接炒年糕会更加软糯Q弹;锅中烧开水,水开后放入年糕条,煮至年糕全部浮起来就可以了。
  • 7.第四步就可以炒年糕了,煮年糕的同时,在灶具另一端,用平底锅烧少许油,下葱姜末,爆香。
  • 8.放入洋葱丝和包菜丝,翻炒。
  • 9.把洋葱包菜炒软,炒至变色后放入鱼豆腐。
  • 10.用漏勺捞出年糕,放入蔬菜锅中,再把备好的酱汁,搅拌均匀后倒入锅中。
  • 11.开大火将汤汁煮至浓稠即可。
  • 12.出锅后撒上葱花和香菜点缀,一道简单的韩式风味海鲜炒年糕就做好了。
  • 13.软糯筋道Q弹的年糕,裹满着浓浓的酱汁。
  • 14.再搭配着鱼豆腐和蔬菜一起,真的太好吃了。
