Dried Silver Fish Scrambled Egg

1. A small pinch of dried silver fish.

2. Soak in water for 20 minutes. My dried silver fish is not salty, just soak it until soft.

3. Put eggs into the bowl, add a little water and salt.

4. Break it up and stir evenly.

5. Heat up the oil in the pot, add egg mixture and stir fry until cooked.

6. Sprinkle some chopped scallions, stir fry evenly and remove from the pot.

7. Stir fried egg with dried silver fish.
