  • 香菇(干)4朵
  • 紫菜10克
  • 卷心菜200克
  • 500毫升
  • 葱伴侣六月香辣椒酱1勺
  • 亚麻籽油10毫升

Steps to make 韩式辣泡饭

  • 1.准备食材:卷心菜洗净切丝,香菇泡发后切丝,杏鲍菇切丝。
  • 2.锅底铺上卷心菜丝。
  • 3.铺上泡发后的香菇丝。
  • 4.放入杏鲍菇丝。
  • 5.放入100克杂粮米饭。
  • 6.倒入500毫升清水。
  • 7.放入1勺韩式辣椒酱。
  • 8.将酱料搅拌均匀。
  • 9.大火煮开后,炖煮5分钟。
  • 10.放入紫菜之后,炖煮1分钟即可关火。
  • 11.最后淋上亚麻籽油。
  • 12.来上一碗暖乎乎的辣泡饭。
