日式煎饼大阪烧
大阪烧是一道类似中国的鸡蛋煎饼的日式料理。大阪烧可以选择的食材很多,玉米,豌豆胡萝卜,也可以选择圆白菜。临时决定做大阪烧没有买木鱼花,用肉松代替,挤上冠利的中辣芥末酱,有点像吃披萨的感觉,用16cm的小锅煎2份刚刚好。

  • 圆白菜150克
  • 三文鱼肠1根
  • 肉松40克
  • 冠利中辣芥末酱25克
  • 海苔·一小包
  • 食用油5克

Steps to make 日式煎饼大阪烧

  • 1.准备好材料和份量。
  • 2.圆白菜洗净后切成细丝。
  • 3.三文鱼肠切成薄片。
  • 4.海苔剪成细条。
  • 5.取一个干净的碗,放入低筋,盐和鸡蛋。
  • 6.加入50克水混合成没有颗粒的面糊。
  • 7.加入圆白菜翻拌均匀。
  • 8.16cm的小锅加热后放入5克油,倒入一半的圆白菜面糊。
  • 9.圆白菜面糊煎到表面有一部分凝固的,加入适量的三文鱼肠。
  • 10.锅底的面糊能轻松晃动的时候,把面饼翻面煎几分钟。
  • 11.闻到三文鱼肠的香味,翻面检查面饼熟透,就可以关火了。
  • 12.煎好的蔬菜面饼装到盘子里。
  • 13.取一部分冠利中辣芥末酱到裱花袋里。
  • 14.用冠利中辣芥末酱在蔬菜面饼上画出格子形状。
  • 15.撒上肉松和海苔丝,大阪烧就做好了。
