综合果干吐司
早餐的重要性,已经不言而喻。所以吃的营养非常重要。这次在吐司里加了几种果干,做好后当早餐主食,非常不错!不但营养,而且更好吃。
核桃仁无论直接食用,还是用在日常料理和烘焙中,都是非常不错的原料。
这次用它做了款综合果干吐司, 使简单一款吐司也变的有“内涵”,更加有营养。

  • 高筋面粉200g
  • 80g
  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 蔓越莓干30g
  • 核桃仁30g
  • 葡萄干20g
  • 酵母4g
  • 黄油30g
  • 砂糖40g

Steps to make 综合果干吐司

  • 1.面团原料备用。
  • 2.果干备用。
  • 3.将面团原料除黄油以外放入面包机。原料成面团后,,加入黄油碎。
  • 4.继续揉到产生筋膜后,倒入果干。
  • 5.果干全部揉入面团后,进行基础发酵。
  • 6.发酵到2倍大左右。
  • 7.取出分成三等份,松驰十分钟。
  • 8.取一份面团擀成长条。
  • 9.然后从一端卷起。
  • 10.将做好的面包卷坯放入土司盒内,摆放整齐。
  • 11.最后发酵到8-9分满。
  • 12.180度烤箱中层约烤35分钟左右,出炉后立刻扣出晾凉。
