自制黑椒鸡块❗️干净卫生,咸香入味

  • 鸡胸肉2块
  • 蛋清2个
  • 熟土豆1个
  • 3g
  • 白糖2g
  • 玉米淀粉5勺
  • 白胡椒粉2g
  • 黑胡椒碎5g
  • 料酒1勺
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 原酿酱油1勺

Steps to make 自制黑椒鸡块❗️干净卫生,咸香入味

  • 1.准备蒸熟的土豆一个,鸡胸肉两块,蛋清两个。
  • 2.鸡胸肉切块,熟土豆去皮掰开一同放入搅拌机中,加盐,糖,白胡椒粉,黑胡椒碎2克,蛋清,玉米淀粉2勺,蚝油1勺。
  • 3.再加原酿酱油1勺,料酒1勺去腥。
  • 4.电动搅肉机搅成肉泥状,如图。
  • 5.用保鲜膜把肉泥放进去,卷成圆长形,放入冰箱冷冻6个小时定型。
  • 6.这是冷冻好的。
  • 7.去除保鲜膜,切成厚片。
  • 8.调制炸糊:玉米淀粉3勺+1小勺盐+3克黑胡椒碎+少量水混合均匀。
  • 9.把切好的鸡肉片放进炸糊中蘸一下。
  • 10.锅中放入适量的油,油温7成热放入鸡块。
  • 11.鸡块定型后转中火炸,注意翻动。
  • 12.炸到两面金黄上色捞出来控油。
  • 13.好吃简单的黑椒鸡块制作完成,干净卫生。
  • 14.春季万花盛开,约三五朋友,带上黑椒鸡块,水果,饮料,一起去踏青,吹着微风,欣赏风景,美食与美景同行。
