Steps to make Old Duck and Radish Soup
- 1. Clean the old duck and chop it into small pieces.
- 2. Boil in cold water and blanch with ginger slices and cooking wine for 5 minutes.
- 3. Remove and wash the foam with warm water, then drain the water.
- 4. Put the duck meat into a pressure cooker, add ginger slices, cooking wine, and water, cover and simmer with steam for 10 minutes.
- 5. Wash cordyceps flowers and soak them in water.
- 6. Cut white radish into rolling blade pieces.
