每一次做披萨,儿子一直说要肉多多的,这次特意嘱咐不要虾,也不要培根,要猪肉,而且肉必须要多多的,特意去市场买了后退肉,今天保证你吃的过瘾。

  • 1.主料中除黄油外放入面包机内揉成光滑面团,放入黄油继续揉至扩展阶段。
  • 2.猪肉切成薄片,放入盐,料酒,老抽腌制30分钟左右。
  • 3.放入预热烤箱200度,烤10分钟左右。
  • 4.收圆放在温暖处内发酵2-2.5倍大。
  • 5.取出排气,醒发20分钟左右,面团擀至圆形。
  • 6.放入披萨盘内,用叉子在上面叉满小孔。将饼皮放入预热烤箱200°,烤7-8分钟左右。
  • 7.然后取出,抹上披萨酱。
  • 8.铺上二分之一奶酪丝。
  • 9.铺上猪肉。
  • 10.再撒上剩余的奶酪丝,放上青豆,放入烤箱预热200℃,上下火,入烤箱烤15分钟即可。
