Steps to make 海鲜什锦披萨

  • 1.准备饼皮食材
  • 2.面包桶里依次加入水,橄榄油,盐,白糖,面粉和酵母
  • 3.和面至光滑
  • 4.发酵至2倍大
  • 5.发酵面团的同时准备馅料食材(鱿鱼洗净切小块,虾仁挑去虾线洗净开背,贻贝摘选干净,蘑菇洗净切片,洋葱洗净切丝,培根切小片,准备粟米粒,甜青豆,奶酪片,奶酪丝,番茄酱)
  • 6.切片的蘑菇倒入开水里焯水后捞起
  • 7.把贻贝肉,鱿鱼块,虾仁倒入开水中加入20克料酒焯水后捞起
  • 8.锅内倒入橄榄油温油下入培根炒香再加入洋葱和蘑菇煸炒出味加入盐炒出水分后盛起待用
  • 9.发好的面团排气滚圆盖上保鲜膜静置15分钟

  • 11.加入3汤匙番茄酱抹匀
  • 12.烤箱200度预热先进入烤5分钟
  • 13.取出后先把煸炒过的培根蘑菇洋葱加入,再把海鲜加入后再加入甜青豆和粟米粒,奶酪加入后再撒上奶酪丝(留3分之一奶酪丝)
  • 14.再进烤箱烤15分钟取出把剩下的奶酪丝加入再烤5分钟即可出炉
