听闻有个朋友快要嫁人,又想吃我的饼干,我就做了一堆给寄了回去,这是其中一样。今天包裹到她手上了,然后怕是留不到去香港去她老公分享了,越嚼越香越嚼越香越嚼越香·········

  • 糖粉30克
  • 少许
  • 黄油5克
  • 低筋面粉25克
  • 10克
  • 糖粉8克
  • 可可粉5克

Steps to make 黑纹奶酪饼干

  • 1.先做巧克力面皮,准备5克黄油、25克低筋面粉、10克水、5克可可粉、8克糖粉
  • 2.黄油提前拿出来室温软化,吧软化的黄油和水、糖粉混合均匀,再筛入低粉和可可粉,揉成团,盖保鲜膜放一边静置
  • 3.做奶酪饼:低粉100克、黄油30克、奶酪50克(黄油和奶酪提前拿出来室温软化)糖粉30克,盐小半勺
  • 4.将软化的奶酪黄油和糖粉混合,再用打蛋器打至顺滑无颗粒即可
  • 5.筛入面粉揉成团
  • 6.把巧克力面片用保鲜膜擀成薄薄的长方形
  • 7.再把奶酪面团擀成与巧克力面片长度一样,宽度短点的面片
  • 8.巧克力面片上喷少许水,放上奶酪面片,把长出来的巧克力面片折起来,贴紧奶酪面片
  • 9.用擀面杖法,把面片卷起来,保险模包好,入冰箱冷冻半小时或冷藏2小时
  • 10.先预热烤箱上下火160度10分钟,取出饼干卷,切成约6毫米厚的片(如果是放冷冻的冻得过久,切的面片容易裂,可以回下温再切)
  • 11.饼干入烤盘,饼干之间间隔开,放入预热好的烤箱上下火中上层160度20分钟,或者放中层
