  • 马苏里拉奶酪150克

Steps to make 腊肠披萨

  • 1.混合主料,揉成光滑的面团,等待发酵。
  • 2.面团发至2倍大,擀开,放入学厨9寸披萨盘,静置15分钟。整形,用叉子扎孔,防止烤的时候鼓起来,放入烤箱中层,上下火190°,烤10分钟。
  • 3.披萨坯从烤箱取出,抹一层番茄沙司。
  • 4.放入所有辅料,表面撒黑胡椒。放入烤箱中层,上下火200°,烤15分钟。
  • 5.烤10分钟后取出,边缘刷一层蛋黄液,再次放入烤箱烘烤完成。
  • 6.烤至披萨边缘金黄,奶酪融化即可。
  • 7.切件食用。
