Steps to make 卡通煎蛋曲奇

  • 1.准备好需要的食材。
  • 2.黄油软化,手指可轻易按下去即可,加入25克糖粉,用刮刀充分拌匀。
  • 3.分3次加入鸡蛋液拌匀,完全拌匀后再加入下一次鸡蛋液的量。
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉。
  • 5.用刮刀拌至无干粉状态。
  • 6.用保鲜膜包入150克饼干面糊,放入模具中整形,长10cm,宽和高为4cm的立方体,冷冻30分钟。
  • 7.剩余的面糊加3克可可粉,揉成均匀的面团。
  • 8.放上一张保鲜膜,可可面团擀成长为16cm,宽为10cm的薄片状。放上冷冻好的原色面团。
  • 9.利用保鲜膜从左到右贴合的卷起来,入冰箱冷冻10分钟。
  • 10.冷冻完毕取出,用刀切片状,切了11片。
  • 11.依次摆入不粘烤盘中。
  • 12.入预热的烤箱中,上下火175度约15分钟。
  • 13.26克糖粉中加4克清水,搅拌均匀。
  • 14.饼干完全冷却后,淋上少量糖液。
  • 15.剩余糖液加0.5克南瓜粉拌匀,装入裱花袋中,剪个小口。
  • 16.往凝固的白色糖霜中挤出一小点,作为蛋黄。
