  • 1.南瓜山藥去皮切塊蒸熟。
  • 2.趁熱放入糖。
  • 3.用叉子把南瓜山藥壓碎。
  • 4.放凉到35度左右再加入酵母粉。
  • 5.篩入面粉后攪拌均勻,如果太乾可以加點水。
  • 6.放在陰涼地方發酵至1.5-2倍大。
  • 7.發酵完成就會見到好多泡泡,用筷子攪拌一下讓泡泡排氣。
  • 8.倒入抹油模具里再加入一把堅果,上鍋蒸25分鐘燜5分鐘。
