巧克力蔓越莓莲蓉月饼
多年未见的好闺蜜从泰国回来休假,点名要吃月饼,说每年中秋节在泰国就想念月饼,这次回来要吃个够,闺蜜爱吃巧克力,就特意给她做了这款巧克力莲蓉月饼,莲蓉本身比较甜,加了点蔓越莓解腻,口感很清爽。这款巧克力莲蓉月饼不需要用到转化糖浆,非常的方便

  • 好时巧克力酱80克

  • 莲蓉馅350克
  • 蔓越莓50克

Steps to make 巧克力蔓越莓莲蓉月饼

  • 1.称出50克蔓越莓切成颗粒
  • 2.把切好的蔓越莓加入到莲蓉馅里,炒的莲蓉馅有点干
  • 3.蔓越莓跟莲蓉馅混合均匀
  • 4.按照每个30克左右分成12个馅球待用
  • 5.取一只干净的盆子,倒入好时巧克力酱和花生油
  • 6.加入低筋面粉
  • 7.戴上一次性手套把面团揉均匀
  • 8.月饼皮按照每个17克平分成12个小面团
  • 9.戴上一次性手套,取其中一个面团用2个掌心的摩擦力按扁,放上莲蓉馅
  • 10.手心合起来,用虎口把面团慢慢收圆,皮厚的地方可以推到皮薄的地方,尽量推的均匀一点
  • 11.所有的月饼包好馅做好后再做月饼胚
  • 12.把月饼球放入50克模具里,可以按压一下模具边缘,印出来的花纹更立体
  • 13.月饼胚做好以后放入烤盘里
  • 14.所有月饼做好以后间隔足够的空间,放入预热好的烤箱,烤箱中层200度烤15分钟后取出放凉
  • 15.巧克力蔓越莓莲蓉月饼口感丰富,好吃不腻
