花生五仁月饼
出去野餐,把上次中秋节还剩的月饼馅料给用完了,做了一款花生月饼。

  • 花生油50g
  • 碱水4g
  • 转化糖浆140g
  • 中筋面粉200g
  • 五仁馅200g

Steps to make 花生五仁月饼

  • 1.中筋面粉外的材料混合,搅拌均匀。
  • 2.倒入面粉,拌匀。
  • 3.揉匀后盖保鲜膜醒一个小时。
  • 4.馅跟皮都是25g。
  • 5.包入馅料。
  • 6.沾一下面粉。
  • 7.搓成椭圆型,然后按入模具中。
  • 8.多按压几次,按压成型。
  • 9.烤箱中层,上下火190度5分钟,定型后175度烤15分钟。烤了10分钟记得用锡纸盖住,防止过度上色。
