    Steps to make 红糖酒酿饼

    • 1.我自己做的酒酿一瓶,连米和酒酿汁都倒进盆里面
    • 2. 加入两大勺的面粉
    • 3.揉成一个光滑稍微软一点的面团
    • 4.发酵成为两倍大
    • 5.一大块红糖砖压碎
    • 6. 另外一勺面粉炒熟
    • 7.加入干玫瑰和肉桂粉
    • 8.拌匀成为馅料
    • 9.可以加入一点糖玫瑰调味
    • 10.分成小剂子,揉圆
    • 11. 加入一份馅料
    • 12.包起来收口向下,稍微按扁
    • 13.不粘锅放进去饼坯,小火煎制
    • 14.两面煎到金黄即可
