叉烧肉(空气炸锅版)
自制叉烧肉(烤成功了,用空气炸锅烤的,没舍得用烤箱烤,弄上油渍不好刷,没想到炸锅烤出来也非常好,色泽金黄入味了。叉烧酱自制(加了蜂蜜蚝油白糖五香粉料酒酱油腌了24小时,入味)。

  • 蜂蜜1勺
  • 五香粉1勺
  • 料酒2勺
  • 蚝油2勺
  • 半勺

  • 1.肉洗净,切成厚2-3cm的长条块
  • 2.做叉烧酱(所有材料倒入大碗中,搅拌均匀)
  • 3.肉放入密封盒中,倒入叉烧酱充分拌匀,腌24小时,期间翻面腌透)
  • 4.放入空气炸锅中
  • 5.140度烤40分钟
  • 6.中间用毛刷刷上腌料和油,拿出共刷了3次
  • 7.烤好了
