  • 1.提前将原材料准备好,蒜薹去掉较老的根部
  • 2.将蒜薹洗净切成小颗粒;干辣椒切成段;葱切成花;老姜切碎待用
  • 3.锅内倒油烧热至6-7成热时,将五花肉末下入锅中煸炒出油后下姜末、干辣椒炒香,然后倒酱油调色
