曲奇酸奶杯
很有趣的一个模具,可以把曲奇做成杯子,装上酸奶,好吃又好玩。

  • 低粉330g
  • 砂糖120g
  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 咖啡粉20g
  • 纯咖啡3g

Steps to make 曲奇酸奶杯

  • 1.称量好所有的食材。
  • 2.黄油软化和砂糖混合,搅拌巨晕至颜色变浅。
  • 3.加入50克的过筛低粉,拌匀。
  • 4.分3次加入全蛋液。
  • 5.每次都搅打至完全融合。
  • 6.筛入余下的280克低粉、咖啡粉和纯咖啡。
  • 7.用刮刀翻拌成面团。
  • 8.将面团放入裱花袋挤入模具。
  • 9.最后将曲奇被的表面整平(也是曲奇饼的底部)
  • 10.175°预热烤箱5分钟,中层,上下火,烤25-30分钟。
  • 11.烤好的曲奇杯,温度下来脱模。
  • 12.待曲奇杯凉了,倒入酸奶就可以享用了。
  • 13.成品图。
