Steps to make 豪华版螺蛳粉

  • 1.准备好材料,懒人吃法,就是买现成的,现成的。这次是壶城人家的螺蛳粉,好吃,真的好吃,我又加了很料头
  • 2.先在锅里倒入400-500毫升的水煮沸,放入米粉和脱水木耳,各种丸子,煮到米粉能夹断,再放入一把青菜,再把米粉和料头捞起
  • 3.把煮过米粉的水倒掉,倒入400-500的水,把螺蛳秘制汤包,酸辣椒倒入煮沸,再把米粉重新倒入,把酸豆角,酸笋,丸子倒入
  • 4.煮几分钟把丸子之类捞起,小火闷一下,另一边煎培根和鸡蛋
  • 5.最后把腐竹,辣椒油倒入,重点:辣椒油真心比较辣,个人喜好添加。
