万圣节黑披萨
昨晚是万圣夜,应景一下做了一个万圣节披萨,实在受不了血淋淋的,所以就用黑橄榄做了黑蜘蛛装饰一下而已!

  • 中粉150克
  • 酵母2克
  • 温水90克
  • 2克
  • 砂糖5克
  • 竹炭粉3克
  • 黄油15克
  • 培根2片
  • 蘑菇2个
  • 洋葱少许
  • 马苏里拉芝士片6片
  • 披萨草少许
  • 黑胡椒碎少许
  • 黑橄榄5颗

Steps to make 万圣节黑披萨

  • 1.把温水、盐、砂糖、中粉、酵母、竹炭粉放入厨师机搅拌桶里
  • 2.启动机器和面
  • 3.成团后加入软化的黄油粒
  • 4.和成光滑的面团即可,大概用了5分钟,放入烤箱低温发酵45分钟
  • 5.准备配料;培根切小、洋葱切碎、蘑菇提前用水绰一下,用厨房纸巾吸干水分
  • 6.把马苏里拉芝士片卷起来
  • 7. 面团发酵至两倍大取出
  • 8.压扁排气松弛一会后擀成圆形面胚
  • 9.面胚擀得比烤盘大一圈
  • 10.把面坯放入披萨烤盘里,把芝士卷放在面坯边
  • 11.每间隔一段把面坯拉起往里面压住沾住里面的面饼
  • 12.用叉子在中心部分戳点小孔,再抹上番茄酱撒上披萨草
  • 13.再撒上一层马苏里拉芝士碎
  • 14.放入洋葱粒、蘑菇片、黑橄榄片、黑胡椒碎
  • 15.再铺上培根片
  • 16.最后再撒上一层马苏里拉芝士碎
  • 17.放入预热好的烤箱190烤20分钟
  • 18.烤好后取出在中间表面刷上一层番茄酱,再入烤箱200烤5分钟即可
  • 19.用沙拉酱画出蜘蛛网
  • 20.用黑橄榄做黑蜘蛛装饰一下即可
